How to tell us that something here infringes your copyright, and what we do when you do.
Last updated September 2026
Before you write
PlayyZone hosts no games. Every game is served from the publisher own infrastructure and appears here in a frame, imported from a games distributor. What we control is the listing: whether a game is shown on this site at all, and the title, description and thumbnail alongside it.
So we can remove a game from PlayyZone, and we will. Removing it from the internet means contacting whoever hosts it.
What a notice must contain
Send all of the following, or we cannot act on it:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you say is infringed.
- The full link to the page on this site that carries the material.
- Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Send it to our published contact address with DMCA in the subject line.
What we do
A complete notice is acted on promptly. We deactivate the listing, which removes it from the catalog, from search and from the sitemap. We keep the record rather than deleting it, so the removal survives the next catalog import instead of being quietly undone by it, and we pass the notice to the distributor the game came from.
If you think we got it wrong
If your game was removed and you believe the notice was mistaken, send a counter-notice to the same address with: identification of the removed material and where it appeared, your contact details, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts where you live. We will pass it to the original complainant and may restore the listing.
Bad-faith notices
Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing carries liability for damages under section 512(f) of the DMCA. Please be certain before you send.
